[Defective or Incorrect Products]
- Please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product.

- Cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.
[Exclusions from Return Eligibility]
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Minor scratches or stains that occur during the manufacturing process of handcrafted products and do not affect usage
- Products that have been used
- Sale items
- Products that have been in the customer’s possession for more than 7 days after delivery
- Opened package items
- Products with damaged, soiled, or missing accessories (e.g., instruction manuals, warranty cards)
- Products with damaged, soiled, or missing tags
- Products returned without prior notification
