[Defective or Incorrect Products]

[Exclusions from Return Eligibility]

  • Minor scratches or stains that occur during the manufacturing process of handcrafted products and do not affect usage
  • Products that have been used
  • Sale items
  • Products that have been in the customer’s possession for more than 7 days after delivery
  • Opened package items
  • Products with damaged, soiled, or missing accessories (e.g., instruction manuals, warranty cards)
  • Products with damaged, soiled, or missing tags
  • Products returned without prior notification
