  • Upon confirming the delivery address, order details, and other information entered or registered by the User and clicking the order confirmation button, a purchase agreement for the product is concluded between the User and us when a confirmation email regarding the order is sent by us.
  • Notwithstanding the above, if fraudulent or inappropriate acts are found in the use of this Service, we may cancel or terminate the purchase agreement or take other appropriate measures.
  • Minors must obtain prior consent from a qualified legal guardian before purchasing products through this Service.

Article 5: Change of Registered Information

If there are changes to the name, address, or other details registered with us by the Buyer during purchase, the Buyer must promptly notify us. Even if changes are made to the registration, transactions already processed before the change will proceed based on the pre-change information.

Article 6: Payment Methods

  • The total payment amount for a product includes the selling price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and other applicable charges.
  • Payments for products purchased through this Service are limited to the payment methods specified by us.
  • When paying by credit card, the Buyer must comply with the terms separately agreed upon with their credit card company. In the event of any disputes related to credit card use, the Buyer must resolve them with the credit card company.
  • When using a specified payment method, and if a separate agreement with the payment provider is required, the Buyer must adhere to the conditions set forth in the agreement. In case of any disputes related to the payment method, the Buyer must resolve them with the payment provider.

If a Buyer fails or refuses to receive a product, is unavailable for an extended period, or cannot accept delivery for other reasons attributable to the Buyer, we will fulfill our delivery obligation by contacting the registered contact information and attempting delivery to the designated address.

If a dispute arises between Users or Buyers and third parties regarding a violation of this provision, the User or Buyer must resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense without causing any damage or loss to us.

Article 13: Disputes and Jurisdiction

For matters not stipulated in these Terms or disputes arising from their interpretation, we and the User or Buyer shall resolve such issues promptly through mutual consultation in good faith. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing our location for the first instance.
